Born in Louisiana, I quickly grew an appreciation for food and southern hospitality. I ran my first restaurant at the age of 15 years old in a little town in south Texas. My family moved every 3 months to 3 years depending on the job my father was tasked with. I have seen the culture of both the deep south in Louisiana and the far north of Wyoming, and everything in between. I have opened over two dozen restaurants for companies and worked with world renown chefs and restauranteurs. The worst feeling in the world is to not know how you’re going to cover bills and put food on the table for your family. With the WFChef platform, food enthusiast can always have a work option.
